As a buyer and seller I have been using realestate.com.au but I find it slow to load and riddled with excessive advertising of other products.Frustrated, I checked out onthehouse.com.au and found it user friendly, quick to load, even has a house estimate price guide on it, which is good for when agents don't advertise asking prices. It even has an "improve this estimate" option, allowing for user interface. Having had many issues with another real estate site called Domain.com.au, which seems to change estimated values like the weather and is without any practical option for consumer input. After all, a house is only worth what someone wants to pay, isn't it? So I like this site because it's in touch with consumers and the market trends.
