I began with Only Websites just over a year ago. Daniel Todd was very responsive and helpful leading up to the contract being signed. He was very hands on, which I figured was a good sign, and I would expect to continue. Only Websites did have my site built in reasonable fashion, it took several weeks, maybe a week or two longer than expected, but overall, no complaints there. The website they built me was what I wanted.

But, once the site was up and running, and I was working out the kinks, I would go back to my project manager, or ask questions to Mr. Todd... and all I heard were crickets. I finally had to call the company to get a hold of Mr. Todd... he explained that since he runs the company, he can't be hassled with customer issues like mine, that's why he has the help desk. I understood, but it was certainly a different image than was portrayed leading up to me signing a contract.

So, I would often put things into the help desk... and I would wait days, if not WEEKS to get responses on, what were fairly simple wordpress fixes for those who work in the industry. In talking to a friend, some of these things I was asking of them should have taken a professional 5-10 minutes. But, not at Only Websites.

As it came time to my 1-year ending and a potential renewal, I was working on my options to get out. Only websites had a fee of a couple hundred just to keep hosting the site, and then to include help desk for the year was a few hundred.

I told Daniel my concerns about a lack of quality and timely response on the help desk. He said they hired a new manager for that department, and said I should expect a 24-hour turn around. So... I tested this. I put in a ticket for something. Daniel told me he would take care of this once I did a full renewal with the company. Huh? I was still under contract for the first year, and he tells me he won't help me until I sign up for another year? That was it, I was done. Horrible move as a small business owner.

So, when I told them I was leaving, I found out that Daniel had registered my domain name in HIS name, even though I was told from the get go the domain was owned by me and registered in my name. So, there was that hassle of moving it over, which Mr. Todd was not very accommodating with.

I gave him all the info needed to transfer over, he said it did not work, and would charge me another $20 to deal with it and try again. That is when I cut off communication with him. I had to have my new host company get involved, deal directly with Mr. Todd, and I brought in my lawyer to review all our contracts, documents, emails and more, incase I needed them.

My host was able to deal with Mr. Todd directly and square everything away. I'm sure someone at Only Website will refute these claims, but I have kept every email in my dealings with Mr. Todd... and feel free to reach out to me: *******@gmail.com if you want confirmation on any of this.

Do not use this company for various reasons. The customer service is terrible and the web designs are incomplete at best. I have had nothing but problems from day one, this is why they want the payments within two weeks. It took them six months to get the Web-Site up and running and it has never operated correctly. It has been a huge frustration dealing with them.

The team at Only Websites went over and above for the job I requested. I'm just a one-man show but after some creative input on my end, they were able to create the exact look and feel I was after which and now my site stands above all of my competitors. Daniel Todd and the team were very easy to work with overall. Highly recommended.

Anyone reviewing with 5 stars is obviously inside. My contact forms hadn't worked for over a year and still don't work. Shame on me for not testing them myself when I brought the problem up over a year ago. So I decided to check myself because you know paying them the yearly "maintenance fee" was for what again?
I'll probably be suing this company for lost business.

Do not use this company to build your website. As soon as I moved the site to a different host (which is perfectly reasonable and acceptable, even according to their contract), they are telling me I'm no longer their client, even though my contract goes for another 6 months where they are supposed to be supporting me.

I was very happy with the responsiveness of the entire team. They finished my site on time and when it was finished it looked the way I imagined it from the beginning. I'm very pleased with the final result!

These guys are horrible, they took our money... Please don't give these guys any of your money... Won't call you back,...

Please don't use this company... website will take months if not a year to complete. Multiple turnover on the project led to a severe lack of communication. Would not recommend to any other business owner. Use a LOCAL company who will treat you like a valued client.

ALL THE 5 STAR RANKINGS ON HERE ARE FAKE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! TRIED TO EMAIL THEM OVER AND OVER. CALLED AND NO ONE ASNWERED. FINALLY BY THE TIME I DID TALK TO SOMEONE THEY BLAIMED IT ON ME AND SAID THEY WERE BENDING OVER BACKWARDS FOR ME. I COULD HAVE HIRED SOMEONE FOR A QUARTER OF COST AND GOT BETTER RESULTS AND QUICKER.

SHOULDN'T TAKE 9 MONTHS TO PUT TOGETHER A TOTAL OF 8 PAGE WEBSITE

I approached Mr. Todd directly about not only a website but a fully integrated management tracking system. He and his team over performed with their delivery of the desired project. I am extremely satisfied and make money everyday using the product he helped create for me.

I was very grateful for his teams ability to see our vision and not just give us what we wanted but also through great communication recommend improvements upon our ideas.

This company is terrible. They totally do not deliver what is promised. Very high priced. Very hard to deal with

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a scam. Look at their website and run an image search to see that they have fake pictures. This is par for the course as they talk a good game and then farm out all work to India. They are not accountable, responsive, nice to deal with, creative or even technically competent. They farm out your work and then when it is not what you requested, they blame you for their lack of capabilities.

It took a year from them to make a website using WORD PRESS. THEY RIP YOUR OFF and overcharge for basic word press. No Communication. They make you want to scream out of frustration and they treat you like its your fault that they run a scam for a business.

Bottom Line: DO NOT USE. The owner call you up and right off of the bat, tries to scam you. He offers you the world at an attractive price and then switches it all up in the contract. He tries to screw you in a contract and once they get your money, you are screwed.

This is the worst possible company to engage for anything related to a website.

Only websites created an stunning, highly functional, memorable website for my organization. I am not very tech savvy- so I needed a lot of help understanding how to draw traffic to my website. Only websites took the time to understand what I needed and gave me great advice on how to achieve it. They are truly experts- but what sets them apart is their integrity, communication, and service.

Would not recommend to a friend. Very tough to deal with and very high expense 2nd year.

I couldn't be happier with Only Websites! They not only delivered everything just as promised, they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone knowing they will receive quality service that is next to none. Dan and his staff have all been a pleasure to work with and I plan on using them going forward with any of my website needs!

I am so pleased with my experience with Onlywebsites. They catered to my every need and even helped me with things I had not even considered. I can honestly say I am in a better position now than I was before having consulted and used Onlywebsites. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Great experience!

I also did business with Onlywebsites.com in Utah. We also had very unprofessional dealings with Daniel M. Todd the owner of the site. We were sorely disappointed in their work, despite his insistence that his company has made sites for all sorts of important people(who cares). What he failed to realize is the most important person is the customer at hand, not what you have done for so and so. I must stand by the other negative complaints I have read on this site and others, and strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Onlywebsites.com in Utah to operate strictly as buyer beware.

I hired Only Websites to build my site and develop software for me. I was on a tight budget as well as timeframe. My investors gave me deadlines to have the product ready for launch which could not be missed.

Daniel Todd came through for me. My investors have authorized the second round of funding for marketing and I couldn't be happier.

This company was OK when I started with them years ago. Now in 2010 they have a new staff (but still the same, unresponsive president) which unfortunatly does not deliver anything as promised. The company appears to be big, but really it's just a bunch of young kids that are not even out of school! Some of the staff quit due to the presidents poor business eithics.

BEWARE!
Mr. Todd and his company Onlywebsites.com did not complete or render as described promised contractual services. The Owner Daniel M. Todd has charged us the full total amount of $3,300.00 for a web site without finishing or providing what they promised and contracted. Even thou we had a catastrophic fire which put our family business out of business we consistently communicated with him and his company. He did not provide us with the described contracted web site and still charged the full amount of $3,300.00 (charged 2nd payment of $1650. 00 on the 18 of September for a total of $3,000.00) without our authorization!

Mr. Todd and VP Mr. Haddock claims that his lawyer has purposely crafted there contract in order to make sure he keeps our money and we would not have a chance to get our money back from our card credit company. Mr. Haddock stated that all previous attempts from other clients have been futile and that we would lose even more time, money and still not have the contracted web site! Basically..."Read the fine print!"

Mr. Todd has left rude voice mails, sent unprofessional emails (all available upon request) and has conducted himself and his company in an unethical manner and has used deceptive business practices. He has complaints online for spam (goggle onlywebsites spam) and does not have a favorable rating with the Utah Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) since he has 3 complaints filed against him and his company. I have tired repeatedly to reason with Mr. Todd, but since he does not act in good faith, I am afraid I must use any and all resources available in order to defend our hard earned money and prevent this from happening again to another person or company. We must go thru any expense and have the will and resources to make sure he does not profit unlawfully. This may not be "smart business" but theirs a legal law and also a moral law, and we firmly believe it is the right thing to do!

"Mr. Todd, for the record, I dispute and deny all of your allegations and statements contained in your email. I have explained myself completely to your Vice President (Mr. Haddock) and at least in this case his recommendation to you for refund is absolutely the correct one. The only way we can have any agreement or dialogue is to refund the unauthorized charges on our credit card. If above demand is not met immediately and since we are in the process of taking any and all actions, we do have the will and resources to make sure you do not profit unlawfully. This may not be "smart business" but rest assured as I clearly explained to Mr. Haddock, under no circumstances this fraud will stand.

BY THE WAY we did get our money back from credit card company! I had to fedex my complain directly to the President and Vice President of Capital One Visa and that worked.
