I purchased 2 tickets for the El Classico match between Real Madrid and Fc Barcelona as a gift for my son who travelled especially to Madrid for the match. I understand that the price (set by the seller) is significantly above the face value, but this was to be a gift to my son for a special occasion, so that was not the main issue. I was originally concerned if the tickets would actually reach my son who was travelling a considerable distance and spending money on flights and hotel accommodation etc. I had read mixed reviews regarding this issue. However All the arrangements went well; my son had a great time and enjoyed the game.
My contact in the customer service department took such good care of us and had a continued interest and excellent communications throughout the whole process. View will help others learn about this website.

I have bought 2 tickets for Foo Fighters show at Nîmes in 2020. The show was obviously postponed twice due to COVID and was finally cancelled in 2022 due to Taylor Hawkins death (RIP).
I logically asked for a reimbursement and they told me that the cancellation is due to a "force majeure" and cannot take the amount back to me and offer instead a voucher (for me, this case is not a force majeure like pandemic or climatic event, but anyway...)
At first, I said OK, I will buy a ticket for another show.
The problem is that scammer site proposes now only show in Netherlands and matches of Ajax Amsterdam.
I live in the south of France and really don't care about Netherlands shows.
On their website they propose to help us find a ticket for any concert we want, within one day (looooooooool)... So I contacted in order to get tickets for the Black Keys show at Nîmes in July and, after numerous messsages, not any one answer from their side.
I contacted them again in order to get a reimbursement for the Foo Fighters show, explaining that I will not buy a ticket for shows in Netherlands, and they sent me still the same automatic answer "Sorry but the cancellation is due to force majeure, we can only offer a voucher bla bla bla"
So please, AVOID AT ANY PRICE this website.
Moreover, the prices are the highest on the market.

I have never been so appalled by any company in my life... i ordered my tickets 6 months before the event and they arrived 5 days before the event. I paid 4 times the face value of the tickets and when I tried to query this they were virtually impossible to contact. After hours of searching I eventually got in touch with someone in the NETHERLANDS (I'm from Scotland - my phone bill was astronomical) she was incredibly rude and no help whatsoever. The end result is that I am £200 down and i learnt a very valuable lesson - NEVER USE WORLD TICKET SHOP!
