When I look at the website I'm not sure how quickbooks is involved here. When I scroll down, there are 4 videos. The thumbnails should have been done better, ton explain what information they contain. And why 4 videos? One or two would do.

About the website - I am picking up some errors in grammar, sentence construction, punctuation errors (such as apostrophe in the wrong place etc.), however, I like the energy about this business. It has an up and coming feel to it, just need to work a little on the other little things. Also, it is a little too wordy. Other than that, great job! This technology is amazing.

Please, employers use a different software! I have been dealing with this provider from months. Once a check is issued, it take more than the promised 3-5 business days (which is still too long) to receive the deposit. In one case it took 7 days. I was told by support it would take less time as we go along. It has taken more and it's been almost a year. This is likely due to the market and the float time they are using with my money and my employer's. Stay away... stay far away.
If I could provide a rating of ZERO stars, I would.
Online Check Writer's customer service is inflexible and arrogant. When the user interface displays one cost but I am being billed a separate fee and OCW won't acknowledge the inconsistent application of fees or provide a refund. This also applied when sending 400+ payees their check via email. Once printing the emailed check, the banks rejected the emailed check format saying it was "scam-like" and an improper format. This forced me to then re-print checks at my own cost for my payees after OCW refused to acknowledge the issue or refund me for the inconvenience and cost incurrec. OCW would NOT listen to my concerns and would not offer a reasonable solution, saying only that they present a respectable business with millions of happy customers and my situation is not representative of a larger problem. Perhaps it was only "old-fashioned" banks that have a problem with the Echeck.

I like the idea and the software providing by online check writer; however if i see website first time it is not so much attractive and useful; top page itself shows blank without any content. Only menu option are available where we have to look any search for what we need.

Although I personally believe that check system is outdated, but huge amount of people still use them, and keeping track of whom you wrote a check might be quite messy, unless you are an overly organized book keeper. So, I love the idea to be able to write and send digital checks - this way they are always easy to find, and you don't need to clutter your house with paper. I think it's a great idea.
