Awesome experience. My wedding shoes arrived quickly and as expected. I was pleased with the shipping time and packaging. I would recommend this site to others. Good pricing, great selection of products.
Our bridal party ordered shoes from this site last August. We all received different shoes in the same color. After wearing the shoes the morning of the ceremony (around the house), the dye from the shoes started wearing completely off - revealing a gross brown underneath. We had no choice but to wear the shoes during the ceremony. After brining up the issue to OBS, they sent back an e-mail saying that we could not refund our shoes, regardless of how little we wore them. Summary: We all bought $80+ shoes that fell apart within 2 hours of wear... dissapointed. Terrible customer service.
