I had a very disappointing experience with this store. First, their sarees are highly overpriced, even for unstitched pieces. Second, their communication is extremely poor. They are incredibly slow to respond on WhatsApp, often requiring multiple follow-ups just to get a single reply. Even then, they vanish after sending one message.

I ordered an unstitched saree, and the quality was shockingly bad. The embroidery on the inside of the saree was so rough it pricked like needles. When I raised this issue, their response was dismissive—they told me, "This is how these sarees are, and it's not our fault."

Despite their website clearly stating they offer refunds for defective products, they outright refused to issue one. Instead, they insisted I either accept store credit or a replacement, taking no responsibility for their subpar product. Now, they've stopped responding altogether, leaving me with no resolution and my money wasted.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. Their products, policies, and customer service are unacceptable.

I would say outstanding. What a fabulous saree, I would say. It's a really awesome one.The color of the saree is Awesome too. Fabric Quality and design are also the best and most beautiful.The Purchase of sarees was also better from Amazon. I am personally using it and love the way it fits me. The smoothness of the saree is fabulous. Great packaging and timely delivery too. I am a fan of this one. Just go for it.
