Over all I'm generally quite happy with Oneflare.
Just a few issues with refunds - ie: when I customer acknowledges a quote via email, doesn't mean they have not already hired someone.
Also is the customer aware that the Tradie is paying for every quote? If not they should be made aware.
The recent arrangement of requesting for 6 quotes is not what we signed up for.
Otherwise, keep up the good work and keep improving.

When you do see customers promoting your brand over social media, make sure to engage with them. Like their post and even share it if it's a compelling piece of content. These testimonials are not hard for a company to find and are easily shared with your online audience.

Happy so far. Was instant results with the more eager companies on the phone straight away. Good price, not contracted out to non professional movers

It's always to get better option among various sub contractors. I am still looking to find better options among my budget

Each time I've posted for quotes on Oneflare I've had immediate and positive responses. Accepting 3 companies to quote is plenty for me as it can otherwise be overwhelming. Thank you Oneflare for providing such a great service. I will always recommend your website.

Great app for locating tradies and getting quotes for home reno easy to use and tradies respond quickly

Oneflare originally started great when you paying just for the lead.
At the moment it's still a good platform but there are monthly fees and credits can expire so you must watch and quote before this happens sometimes tricky but still a great platform

Good service but only received one response so far and more expensive than I expected.
I did not contact the provider as fee was more than alternative.

Easy to navigate, and easy to find what you need. I found what I needed in less than an hour. Definitely recommend this website.

For someone who doesn't have time working full time I was able to use One Flare to find an accountant who completed not one but two tax returns for me. All communication was done over email. I also received my tax return in less than a week. I couldn't of asked for much more.

The refund problem is a pain in the arse with multiple requests made after 6 weeks of no response from client. But. The system overall makes money. Yes it works. But you will have to make multiple requests to get things done. The staff are friendly though.

I have used Oneflare for carpet cleaning and gardening, in the last 12 months. I received 3 quotes for the carpets but only one for the gardening job which was pruning about 70 roses.
Carpet cleaning was quality service and a good price.
Genesis Landscape responded very quickly to my request for quote, rang me the same day and arranged a meeting to view, discuss and quote. The job was completed the next day beyond my expectation. I highly recommend the contractors I have used and the responsiveness of Oneflare.

Very quickly got 3 quotes for my cleaning job. Got them out to have a look at what was involved and within a few days was able to choose the best quote from those 3.
Really simple and took the hassle out of finding a local business to clean our offices.

The platform as a whole was very easy to use, the only downside i could think off was the barrage of phone calls just after posting the job.
Ideally i'd only drive the conversation through the platform instead of the phone. (maybe it was just because the calls were at an inconvenient time for me)
Other than that like to reviews/offerings/simplicity of the platform. Keep it up.
