Terrible quality, inscription is so bad you can't make out the letters, keep your money its a scam. The stones are just cheap and nasty.
Update: I contacted them 3 days after their response, and still no reply. Nearly a month after their reply. Seriously keep away from them
Complete scam. They use words in ways to fool you. "Small lettering" to me means the size of the pendant. On my invoice it says I ordered a capital E I received not even a inch long pendant. That was lowercase. They kept telling me the invoice says I ordered a lower case. Showed them proof and they jus sent me a table of what lowercase letters look like... why not put "lowercase lettering" not small lettering to me that means a small uppercase letter. Asked for a refund. Told me they would do 10% due to shipping delays when in all reality they took a month to ship my item. USPS stated they didnt even send the package in til 2 days before I received my item. Not what I ordered. I want my full refund. Not 10% when it wasnt my fault
