Easy to shop and use the web site. I wish Omega Walk would give better descriptions of shoe and maybe manufacturer wide widths

Ordered two items on Nov. 5th and they are still in China. Try having items shipped out from the United States. This is not the way I wanted to get these items 3 to 4 weeks later. You need to do a better job on distribution of shippment of items ordered through your company.

Got them and they flattened out within a week... they kill my feet now. The reviews I'm convinced were either employees or paid. Should have known better than to deal with an overseas company

These shoes are very low quality and will clearly wear out soon. The soles are so soft they make me feel unsteady on my feet.

Shoes are cheep very low end material. The shoe was very narrow and small.

I had a problem that my 3 pairs of sneakers I received were too small. I have been in contact with Susan Brown first with questions about the extra insoles I received with my sneakers and then how to get the correct size sneakers. She has been so quick to reply and VERY accommodating! Susan deserves 10 stars for her EXCELLENT customer service!

It's not comfortable at all no support even put the support pad I'd like to return but I already cut the support pad to fit it n tried on but not wear to outside yet it's so hard. If you'd like to spent money $40-$60 don't expect that you will get good merchandise

I was very happy to be able to get another shoe style since the first pair weren't comfortable.

Maybe with time breaking them in it will be a nice shoe. Even with the good insert bought with them I can only wear them for 4hrs before my feet start killing me at work. They feel nice when you first put them on at least. Material used to make the shoe is cheap looking. I would not test if they are slip resistant. Oh and be prepared to buy different shoelaces not less you like black shoes with black and pink laces.

This brand of shoes helped my plantar fasciitis pain go away, which is amazing because it was pretty bad. I have spent so much money on shoes over the year & just wished I would've seen these first. Nobody beats their price, & customer service they are quick to respond & so nice, I've used a few times. Omegawalk is an ABSOLUTE MUST!
