Overall, I was impressed with the product for the amount of money I paid. However, It did take a while to receive my product. I received no updates until I contacted the company. After that email, I finally received shipping information and received my product in a couple of days.
It was horrible I ordered a size 7 the shoes are hard and very uncomfortable. The mature, you are the shoes feel very light in cheap not no good walking shoes what I needed. They sell you false hope because they Shawn these people with these shoes is saying this, and that the process of or issues yet is easy but then they lie and take anywhere from four weeks to six weeks to get your shoes. I did not know they were coming from out of the country that's why that material is so cheap on them, not no shoes and I had told them to cancel my order and give my money back from them saying how long it was gonna take me to get the shoes very disappointed very very disappointed. I want my money back and kept them cheap shoes.

I live in the U.S. and its hard to figure out the US size chart when all are shown in UK sizes.
One pair I bought from OMEGA could not be worn as it was too small in the front. I ordered 2 pairs in US size 8. One was perfect and the other was not wearable as it bothered my toes in front.

I have arthritis in my feet and I am on them constantly through out the day, with Omegawalk shoes at the end of the day my feet aren't hurting, if I need to run errands before going home I don't have to think twice about doing them. Thank you for coming into my life

Your size chart for US shoe size is incorrect. Because of this, I got shoes that were HUGE- after over a month of going back and forth, I'm hoping this is resolved. Also, the original shoes, were NOT as described. They are not made for someone needing a higher instep as described. Maybe these 2 choices I made, will be better. We will see.
Shipping took few days longer than expected so I wasn't able to wear them for the event I ordered them for. Also the packaging was less than stellar and they came bit " beat up".
The good news is they are one of the most light and comfortable shoes I have ever worn and they fit perfectly, so I will keep!
