Do not buy from this site, the material is cheap and they will not allow you to return anything. Basically robbed me blind.

My dress took almost a whole month to arrive, and it didn't look like the picture. The coloring was off, and it was very puffy and heavy, while the picture looked form fitting, and light.
I contacted the company, and they said "that's a pity" and that I couldn't get a full refund if I sent it back just because I didn't like it. They also said it was my fault that I ordered the dress too large. Their suggestion was to send it back, in which i'd have to pay for shipping and a 30% restocking fee. Extremely upset with my experience, and I will never be shopping from this site again.

The clothes I received were as well-made and look more expensive. Initially, I was very nervous about ordering from online stores because I couldn't see them with my own eyes. In fact, I tried different brands of local clothing, however, the styles were absolutely different. When I hesitate which size is more suitable for me, they promise that they can customize the dress for me, just need to provide the correct size details, from BUST, WAIST, HIPS, shoulder to shoulder, hollow to the ground without shoes, height without shoes. But this dress is beyond my expectations. The clothes from Ombreprom are indeed high-quality reputation and reasonable price. Advanced material! Feel comfortable! Design fairy! Very temperament! The upper body effect is praised! The skirt is really more and more like it! Ombreprom's warm service attitude makes her heart warm and constantly guides and meets my needs. Besides thanking them, I really don't know what to say! If you don't know what size is right for you, I highly recommend that you provide each size in details to make your clothes professionally tailored to fit perfectly. I am sure that you will not regret it in the future! Please trust me, I will be back

I'll start with the positive the dress fits perfectly and the colour and style is spot on for what my daughter saw and fell in love with.
Now for the mums opinion, as in the one who had to spend the money,
I think it's ok but nothing more, it's so creased I can't tell properly, I've been told to iron it, but as the dress is satin and beaded lace personally I don't think this is a good idea.
The creased problem stems from the way they seem to think it's ok to post the dress, it was barely folded into an unsealed bag, then crammed into a mail bag that was to small for purpose, the dress was not sealed in properly and open to the elements, I'm just thankful the weather was dry and the dust brushed off the dress, also you get tracking information in Chinese so it means absolutely nothing

The dress is exactly what I was looking for! It is just as pictured, I did have to have it altered a bit but it was still perfect. The fabric was nicer quality than I expected and the appliques is beautiful. I was very impressed.So very happy with this purchase. Would not hesitate to order again.

I got my wedding dress much fully customized. I changed the color, the
Shoulder straps, and added some lace. It came out better than I ever imagined! I didn't want it to look like a traditional wedding dress, since it was for a vow renewal. Everyone said I looked like a princess, and I guess that's awesome since we renewed our vows in a castle! The ladies that helped me create my dress were amazing and made sure that we were on the same page every step of the way! Nowhere else could I have ordered a fully custom, high quality dress for this price. No where!

At LEAST half the reviews on here are clearly fake, company employees propping up the negative reviews. Some have different people in profile pics from the people in the dresses. All the negative reviews are consistent with our experience. This is a super cheap; knock off dress company selling hastily thrown together crap. Now a ninth fake positive review will undoubtedly surface to moderate my review. Shameful company. Don't trust your daughters homecoming to this trash. Thankfully we ordered a backup from a different company.

The dress is beautiful and was very much as described and shown in pictures. It needs some minor adjustments to fit perfectly but the size I ordered was pretty true to my size

I ordered a dress for my daughter and when it arrived, it was huge. The custom measurements were all incorrect and they will not reimburse me. I should have completed more research before ordering from them, but hopefully, this will help someone else. I attempted to post a review on their site and it was removed.

Okay so- I ordered this gown because it was modest and simple enough for the event I needed it for. I am wearing it for my reception as one of the top state officers in my organization, and am THRILLED with this gown! I wear gowns all the time and this one is fairly high quality, pretty, with good material, and fits exactly how I thought it would. Im 5'7 with a 36D 135 lbs and the 6 is absolutely perfect. I will absolutely wear this gown more than once! It does smell a little odd, and is a little wrinkly, but that's just to be expected. Thanks Ombreprom

I bought a dress off this website for $297USD. Paid another $40CAD EXTRA for shipping. Dress came in damaged and seams were coming off and the lace also had seams coming off of it. Emailed the company, no answer. Emailed them again, and only a month or so later someone asks what's my issue.
Told them what the issue with with PROOF, and they never responded again. Took the issue to paypal and they said they would refund me, then they never responded until the case was closed and paypal apparently cannot do anything about it so i got scammed like $400 for a piece of sht they put together in 5 mins. Don't waste your time and money.

Ordered my sister's wedding dress from them. Very good quality. Fast shipping. She loved it. Highly recommended.

The inside liner is sewn incorrectly which causes the slit to not lay flat. Also the armhole is too small. Have contact Ombre Prom and they have not responded. Not happy!

Must say ombreprom.com is good. I am buy one wedding dress for my important time, so when i open this site, full of interesting dresses. And i choose one for me. Great. Maybe you can also try,

The dress did not match the colours on the photo or the material. The sowing of the dress is out of order. Would not recomend

The store was quick to make my order and shipped immediately (I had the 4 week order rush). My skirt was absolutely perfect. The length was spot on, as was the size. It was extremely comfortable and all of us looked absolutely fabulous.

I bought a dress and it was beautiful. They contacted me via text and email and I talked to real live people. You can send in custom measurements and they will make it exactly to fit you. However, on the website it says that you can choose a color and a fabric and everything else. I ordered satin material and I received a cheap cotton. I specifically asked the representative if I could return the dress if I do not like it. They told me yes. Four weeks later my dress arrives. I go to try it on and it fits almost perfect. The straps that go up over my shoulders are too big and I specifically asked for a 6" plunging neckline from my collarbone down. I put the dress on and the neckline goes all the way to the top of my belly button. Since the straps were too big almost my entire chest was exposed! There were loose strings on the embroidery that were just sticking out! I contacted the store via email and text and ask about the steps to complete a return/refund. The representative was very sassy with me and completely went back on her word about returning the dress if it wasn't right for me. THE ONLY REASON I BOUGHT A DRESS ONLINE WAS BECAUSE THEY SAID I COULD RETURN IT IF IT WASN'T RIGHT FOR ME! Now they're telling me how it's unfair to them because they paid for the fabric and the workers. I PAID OVER $200 FOR THIS DRESS AND I KNOW THAT THAT PAID FOR THE FABRIC AND PART OF THE WORKERS WAGE TOO. I do not trust this company and it is a scam. Definitely do not buy prom dresses here or really anything from this company.
