Because of your specific professional website, I am starting my first online retail shop, as a mother working a full time job and transitioning to extra income and then my own business so I have control... your website made it exceptional for me! Prices and selections are fabulous with no min orders. I will slowly order and test what I like to work with my budget and style, then I will be able to choose which I will order in bulk. Placed an order for a dozen R458-ASST at 1.75 magnification. Never received confirmation email. Order arrived with: 2 X 1.25 2 X 1.50 2 X 1.75 2 X 2.00 1 X 2.25 1 X 2.50 1 X 2.75 1 X 3.00 And no packing or order slip Sent inquiry via "contact us" a few days ago, no response. *If* the assorted order was meant to have assorted magnifications, why wasn't that specified in the description? Why would you need to choose a magnification period?
I've been on hold for 15 mins and just gave up. I'd like to only order 2 colors of this specific style, But can't get anyone to help me.
I never get any promo codes to shop here and order more- I've also tried to reach customer service regarding my last order and didn't hear back. I do love the selection offered and they typically ship fast even though you have to pay for shipping. There should be repeat customer discounts and I should be able to reach someone my last shipment had a few damaged pairs and I still haven't been able to talk to anyone about it but other than that the glasses I ordered sold quickly and I'm ordering more.
In my last shipment, I had 2 dozen which were bad. One was Dxtreme, DXT1330 - the end of the temple comes off. Second one was FS P 5600, lens keeps falling out. These were 2 very nice styles and I liked them, but what do we do about this? Cannot sell them as they are defective. We've had good luck before with your shipments, but these are a disappointment.

I'm able to find some of the styles I like, wish there were a few more options for current trending styles.
Wish there was a compare page, having to go back and forth through pages take awhile to try to compare the different glasses. Would probably shop longer if that was on your site.
the sunglasses are beautiful Next time can it be more assorted i received a lot of one color in the dozen.
Struggled with it not wanting me to go past the street address. Got out of the page and redid it again. Then I was allowed to continue.
They arrived ok but there was one pair of artic blue that arrived broken in the box. I would like a credit for that pair
The site is not very well organized. Browsing styles is time consuming and confusing. However, I have been able to find good prices on modern styles that I can't find other places.
I pay for three days shipping...yet still I have to wait for 6 days are more to get my order...that not fair....so I pay for flat rate instead.....and I need it faster....but three days shipping is just like the flat rate. Thank you my order did come on time.
i buy multiple orders every year. sending me a coupon once in a while would make a world of difference.
2 different cards declined for no reason 3 times and then the same card accepted after starting from the beginning.

When I updated the quantity on my order it completed emptied my shopping cart and I had to re-enter everything.
I did not receive all the of the colors shown in the product images. It says you will receive an assortment of 12 glasses in the various colors so I thought I would at the very least get one of each color but some I got three of, some I got one of, and some I didn't even get at all.
disappointed you don,t show SPORT glasses for women -only men and kids. My husband ordered glasses from you as a present - they were great which is why I am ordering again
Shipping charges a little steep would have purchased else where but olympic seemed to be the only one to carry this model. Couldn't find any discount codes online either.
Finding items was a breeze.
The website kept reverting to information that was originally put in incorrectly and then corrected. Cart wouldn't stay updated.
Service is good, but still receiving high % of sunglasses with imperfections, such as scratched or blemish on lens. This makes them unsellable to my customer line-up. The sunglasses that are in good condition are selling well and fast. Greater focus on Quality Control will be most gratefully appreciated. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

i just received the products in the mail today and upon opening them there were 4 sunglasses that i wasn't happy with due to 3 of the lenses being scratched and one of them the arms were bent out of line.
all the other items were good out of the 48 pairs of glasses i ordered.
Does not work on my mobile, better on my laptop.

Site very clumsy to navigate. No special promos for new businesses. Acquiring new businesses and getting them to return is essential to your sales. I'm disappointed you do not see the value in that relationship. I actually should rate 2.

Your website is easy to navigate and the selection of glasses was amazing. If somehow I lose all 24 of the glasses I ordered I will be back!
Thank you for changing your policy about being able to notify you if there are damages to the inventory. At least now we have 30 days to notify you if there is any problem. I do have issues with glass tinting that are fading or changing into a rainbow look or color blotches. I'll be in touch in the near future to let you know which brand it is so that you can notify the company that are making those particular brand. Love your prices!
