This company claims to sell all natural products but sent my family member very expensive, synthetic garbage. The smell of these products is absolutely nauseating and headache inducing. When she attempted to reach out and request a refund, a man named Howard Owen sent a very rude and unprofessional email in which he denied the products were adulterated and refused to refund her money in exchange for the returned product. (He has also refused to send certificate of analysis documents.) At the time of purchase this man also insisted that my family member wire him money directly into his bank account, bypassing purchasing through his website. His reason for this was that he claimed it's too difficult to accept international orders otherwise. (I suspect it's actually to make obtaining a refund for his shoddy products more difficult for consumers. Using PayPal, credit cards etc. has certain built in protections.) An order invoice was not even included in her package. After looking into this company today I've learned that many others have had issues purchasing from Howard Owen, who appears to be a total fraud, and is definitely a pejorative hothead. His product quality is abysmal as is his customer service. Do not purchase from this seller if you want to avoid a likely headache.
