I placed an order for 2 pairs of trainers to come Which was on a 3 day delivery option. Payment taken and apparently dispatched on time.
Delivery was by Yodel of which i received no delivery card at all. Looked on the link in the dispatch email took me to the Yodel site which showed as delivered to a neighbour but no more details such as the name or number of the house. Eventually got through to Yodel and they said it was left at number 14. My street only goes to number 9.
Baiscally the parcel had apparently been delivered to the wrong street about a mile away. But the item was not at this address.

Contact Offspring via email to give details and advise that Yodel had admitted the error and that i would like another parcel sent. As this isnt my error. They agreed to send the trainers out again but by this time it was friday so wouldnt get them for another 3-4 days. was told i would receive a confirmation email once despatched which i never got. Contacted them on the Tuesday and was advised that no parcel was sent and nor would it be sent. Until the missing parcel had been returned.
Which i disagree with as i never lost the parcel in the first place. Spoke to another colleague who agree's and said they would be sent out that day on 24hr service Which i agreed. Took the day off to ensure i was home so they didnt go missing AGAIN.
no delivery so i contacted them AGAIN and apparently they was unsure if i wasnted a replacement parcel sent so didnt send it. Hold on this has been 2 weeks of me complaining saying i dont want a refund i just want the trainers and no apparently they are unsure if i want them??????????? SERIOUSLY

Requested a refund which they have partially done, Why partially and this is still going on.
Avoid like the plague. Between the terrible customer service and the terrilble delivery service who delivered a parcel to the wrong street with a different name and different postcode. Neither of them taking any responsibility i have now missed out on 2 great items. Which are now out of stock else where.
