I was very happy with my purchase of ink cartridges. They gave a 20% military discount. Told us they pay for old cartridges if you bring them in. Always have what I'm looking for. Great staff also.
Very bad service. I order one chair one month ago. I never received it. I have called 3 times, and no feedback at all.
We ordered a table, chair, some stationery for our Office, they arrived on time. Product quality was great and got in the best deal. Will order again.
Love officemax. They may not have a huge selection of electronics in stock ever, but the costumer service is great and if they dont carry it, they will assist in finding someone that does.
They have top of the line computers, pretty much any thing you need for office work, and their prices are compatible with other businesses

With the mergers of the office stores there are good deals, but it's hard to find if the products I have always found there are still around.
I wish they were closer, so more locations would be great, but other than that they are a nice alternative to the others.
