I was very happy with my purchase of ink cartridges. They gave a 20% military discount. Told us they pay for old cartridges if you bring them in. Always have what I'm looking for. Great staff also.
Very bad service. I order one chair one month ago. I never received it. I have called 3 times, and no feedback at all.
I SHOP MY LAPTOP THERE WHERE IF YOU WAIT FOR A SALE THEY ARE LESS THAN ALL OTHERS. OTHER ITEMS ARE VERY HIGH PRICED. BROKEN COMPUTER OUT OF BOX WAS VERY HARD TO GET REFUND. COUPONS ARE NO GOOD ON ANYTHING GOOD, EXPIRE TOO FAST TOO. GAVE ME 24 HR 20.00 COUPON BY EMAIL- I GOT FOR ORDER NOT BEING READY ONTIME. GO TO USE IT AND NOT GOOD ON A LAPTOP. PRICE MATCH TO THEIR OWN STORE MADE ME RETURN THE ITEM AND REBUY ONE!. LAST BROKEN ONE WAS NOT ON SALE SO THEY WOULD NOT SWAP IT OUT. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE STORE AND ONLINE ORDERS ARE DIFFERENT FROM STORE SO IF YOU BUY ONLINE DON'T PLAN TO GET HELP IN STORE, BUY IN STORE FORGET ONLINE HELP. 3 TRIPS I HAD TO MAKE OVER ONE ITEM.
On one hand, I go to office max every time i need office products / supplies lol however. I also hate myself afterword for paying their high prices when i could have bought off amazon for much cheaper
Easy to find what I want online, but often cancel my order when learning that the shipping costs more than the product for small items!
