I went-in to buy a couple of MicroSD cards from them. I needed to use them the same day, so I called them and asked to prepare the order ASAP. They were willing to accommodate my request and made the order available for pick-up 1.5 hours after placing it. All that despite the fact that I made it clear that I'm not a prospective high-volume customer. Greatly appreciate the help!

These guys actually have humans that will answer the phone. I needed a drive delivered on a Saturday. I was concerned since it was late in the day. I called and was assured it would indeed go out. Great customer service!

1st Ram recommended to me by Scott was not in stock. Took a week find out that it was not available to purchase. Second Ram that was compatible with my laptop was found and offered to subtitute the non available item. I accepted it and proceed with the order. Shipping took about 5 days to come. Package was secure during shipping. I installed the ram and the performance of the ram is great.

Needed several thumb drives to back up important information. This company had a fabulous sale online of some high-capacity units and within 2 days of ordering, the items were in my mailbox! They are now currently doing their job and I am completely satisfied!

I ordered SSDs for my new build, and FedEx initially delivered the package to a wrong address. I notified oempcworld, and they responded quickly. The package was retrieved and delivered to me early next day. The items were unopened, and worked as expected when I installed them. Great service! Would recommend!

Although I was a bit skeptical initially after seeing a lot of reviews but was amazed and quickly won over by the exquisite range of clothing it provides. Received the correct parts quickly. Was also able to order in large quantities to support a small manufacturing run, also with short lead time. SDCards work fine in our application.

I ordered Samsung brand RAM and received SK Hynix brand instead. Seller gave no notice of item substitution. All of the reported ratings (capacity, form factor, data rate, latency) seem to be the same as the Samsung unit and the current market value of the two seems similar, so I am going to keep it. But I cannot give a 5-star rating for this. I ordered Samsung brand part to match the dies of my other memory. I specifically chose this seller because they listed the part in stock. I am not pleased with this "bait and switch" tactic.
