Good service, but they spam you

They send out emails a few times a week trying to sell you insurance or something.
To get out of this you can't just click something in the email to unsubscribe. You need to go to the site to log in and there is a warning about unsubscribing from support emails.
So if you unsubscribe you lose access to important support emails about downtime, etc. Not cool.
But the OCN Mobile One service itself is reasonably priced.
