“NON PAYMENT OF MY AUTO DAMAGE”

MY WIFE WAS DRIVING AT THE TIME OF AUTO ACCIDENT A LISTED DRIVER ON MY OCEAN HARBOR CASUALTY INSURANCE POLICY. PATROLMAN ON SITE OF ACCIDENT 07/26/2018. OFFICER CHECKED OUT DRIVERS LICENSE, REGISTRATION, INSURANCE COVERAGE. EVEYONE WAS COVERED ON BOTH SIDES, AS CHECKED OUT BY POLICE OFFICER. MY INSURANCE COMPANY OCEAN HARBOR INSURANCE IN SUNRISE, FL IS CLAING A COUPLE OF WEEKS AFTER THE ACCIDENT AND AFTER AUTO BODY SHOP FIXED DAMAGES TO MY VEHICLE. AMOUNT OF DAMAGES WAS OVER FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. DOING RESEARCH ON LINE AND TALKING TO A ATTORNEY, I WAS ADVISED TO GET ANOTHER AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY, WHICH I DID WITH NO LAPSE IN COVERAGE. THE INVOICE I HAVE FROM OCEANHARBOR THAT MY COVERAGE IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 08/03/2018 12:01AM STANDARD TIME. I SWITCHED TO PROGRSSIVE INSURANCE AND POLICY WAS EN FORCE ON 08/02/2018. I WAS WITH OCEAN HARBOR INSURANCE FOR OVER 5 YEARS BUT AFTER SEEING ALL THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM ONLINE AND FROM 3 ATTORNEYS THAT I SPOKE TO. I HAD TO SWITCH INSURANCE COMPANIES. MY WIFE AND I BEING DISABLED MAKES IT VERY DIFFUCULT WITHOUT HAVING A CAR. THE AUTO BODY SHOP SOUTHPOINTY AUTO BODY WHICH I DID BUSINESS WITH THE OWNER WOULD NOT RELEASE ME THE CAR BECAUSE OF NON PAYMENT. WHAT A NICE FRIEND AND BUSINESS OWNER I HAVE, KNOWING HIM FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND SENDING HIM OVER SEVEN CUSTOMERS. THE CAR IS A BRAND NEW 2018 VOLKSWAGON PASSAT SE WITH LESS THEN 200 MILES. I ONLY DROVE THE CAR TWICE. LIKE I TOLD THE MANAGER, MY WIFE AND I BEING DISABLED, I AM NOT GOING TO RUN AWAY. I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD SIGN A PROMISORY NOTE. I CAN'T BELIEVE HIM. I THOUGHT THAT HE WAS A FRIEND OF MINE. I HOPE PEOPLE WILL READ THIS AND MAYBE SOME GOOD CAN COME OUT OF THIS. BEING ON DISABILITY, I STILL HAVE TO WALK TO WALLMART, ABOUT 3 MILES AWAY WITH 8 FRACTURED VERTABRAES AND A LEFT CRUSHED LEFT FOOT. I HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS AND MAYBE SOME GOOD CAN COME OUT OF THIS. PLEASE HELP! I AM OVER 67 YEARS OLD AND BEING DISABLED LIVING ON DISABILITY ISN'T EASY.

MAYBE PEOPLE FROM FACEBOOK CAN STAND UPFOR ME SO I COLLECT .
