Dealing with the manufacturer directly was a nightmare. As soon as I got AKKO involved, everything was a breeze. I sent them my repair quote and it was going to be more than a replacement device. They immediately offered a new device and in literally minutes I had the payout amount in my Venmo account. I can say thank you enough!

Unfortunately I the repair on my phone was very expensive and AKKO required that I pay out of pocket and then submit the receipt for reimbursement. The money was deposited into my PayPal account within the same day the receipt was submitted but, I was unable to use my phone for about a month while I saved up the money to have the repair done.
Awesome company I have filed multiple claims with it and I have no complaints about it Best buy I could find on a straightforward process would recommend 10 out of 10
