Return request has never been processed even after multiple follow ups. They just keep cancelling until maximum attempts are done and we cannot request return anymore. When we contact customer care they ask to provide all the details (order number, invoice, pictures etc), which is really annoying as it has been already done in intial return request. I would never ever order from Nykafashion again.
Total waste of time & money
I ordered a lavie bag... after several days of waiting the bag that arrived was a pathetic imitation of the original... fake products... worst service
