Spent $149.00 at NY&Co. One of the tops I purchased was too small. It was buy one item ($59.00) get 3 free, from a certain rack. I went back to the store the next day. Since they didn't have that top in a bigger size I took another top from the rack. When I brought it to the counter they wanted me to pay $6.99 more. They change prices every day. I should have been told before wasting time trying on articles of clothes, only to be told I would have to pay extra. I left the top and they did take something off my bill, I think, waiting for statement. When they run that kind of promotion, make sure you keep what you buy! I personally won't shop NY&Co again.
