They ship me an item I didn't order. I ask politely if they can swap it to the right item or money back. After one week, they answer in a very rude manner, that they have done nothing wrong. I guess it is a one man a cellar company.

I dnt know y people are giving bad reviews. First i have purchased 1 bottle to check i was very much satisfied. To be frank i havent loose that much on first month i have losse only 2kg. Then i order 6 bottles. 3 for me and 3 for my wife. In three months my wife has lost 13 kg without doing any dieting and i lost 8 kg i knw y coz m little bit addicted of junk food thats y i loose only 8kg but yes m satisfied by loosing 8 kg also. Coz without doing anything if m loosing 8 kg then its very good for me. Also i really appreiciate the response i got from executive they are very much supportive. With one bottle when i loose 2 kg i call the customer care for complain coz they told me that atleast i will loose 4 kg but she told me its also depend on metabolism of each individual at that they advise me to take for my wife and check how much she loose i was not sure they are saying right or not but i trust them and i order for 6 bottles and you can see that my wife has loose 13 in 3 months n i have loose 8 kg in 4 months.
