This is a great platform for artist that want to provide a link for local/global fans. I can recall countless moments when I randomly met a soul and we connected, I would always send them this link to access my music. I haven't even purchased the premium. However, my music that I posted is still there and people still can go listen for free great promotional tool when you're on the rise like knee highs! My grind with this music has been a real one. As an artist I'm pretty sure I can leverage an audience with this platform. I remember when my homie first told me about it. I met him in real life and he used this platform. I think people are critical because they expect sites to do the work for them. You have to go out and touch somebody. My aim is to do just that with my artistry. So *******@Numberonemusic one day I'm going to do real business with you guys and I have faith that we can do great things. Peace&
This site is nonsense. The fan profiles are fake. The charts are fake. Some the artists on there aren't even real. It's probably the worst example of music promotion scam I've witnessed as artist. Thankfully I was warned off by others and never paid them any money. They still endlessly pester you for cash, send junk mail and refuse to remove your profile and data.
First off, having run a music company for almost 25 years (The New York songwriters Circle)
This website needs much updating (Starting with an SSL Certificate) to make sure it's secure. Secondly, it's great people like and listen to your music but in order for them to BUY you music you have to Upgrade on the site for a hefty price. NOT COOL It's hard enough being a musician than having to pay a site for people to buy your music.
I paid for the Platinum package or whatever for a year and my video plays went thru the roof on the video I posted so bots or not it's helped with that and it would seem streams as well. I have connected with other artists on here but I am dubious at best when it comes to the reviews and emails I receive. I could only hope that my songs have made so many lives better. Lol!
I joined and paid the fee thinking it is real. My daughter brought it to my attention that there were claims of fraud against N1M. I contacted my CC company and advised them of the issue and they apparently checked into it and refunded my money. I also tried to get some of the people following me to email me to show that this is a legit site. Only one did so. I am up in the air on this site. It did do everything I expected but I just am not sure if the numbers are legit. I think some people on the site may be real and some fabricated. I only wish I could have had a positive feeling but it just didn't happen.
I just joined the platform so several days ago. So far, no problems. I don't expect to sell anything on it. I found it odd that someone contacted me about it.
I was on Amy Street and they basically did the same thing but some of it was legit. Numberonemusic is stroking your ego to make you buy worthless promotions. But this is suppose to be for fun anyways, so I just take what is free and hope somebody actually likes what I have done but I would never spend a dime with them!
