Absolutely Awful

Ordered some items from the club shop, was my 7 year old son's money he had saved up. When the order was picked the 2 expensive items were not available so they sent the remaining item valued at a few pounds via express delivery at 4 times the cost of the item. Would only communicate via email on a 5 day lead time so I couldn't stop it. I did send an email but they never responded. Totally rubbish and I gave my son the money he had lost.
