American Pest has fallen down on the job at Riverside Apartments. A year ago when I was walking behind Building 3 I saw 10 rats in just 15 seconds. The property manager said at that time that this Norway rat infestation was not his fault, despite the rats being on the verge of invading Building 3. This rat infestation could have caused serious health problems. The property manager began to collaborate with American Pest as a result of tenant complaints. American Pest and Mr DeAndre Dunn have been very diligently working on the Norway rat infestation using Rodenticide and Ditrac, poisons that kill Norway rats. American Pest and Mr DeAndre Dunn have nearly eradicated all of the Norway rats. However, I still see some occasionally behind Building 3. There are also infestations of insects in the apartment complex. I am afflicted by an infestation of drain flies in my apartment. I tasked American Pest and Mr. DeAndre Dunn to eradicate to eradicate the drain flies in my apartment. DeAndre Dunn spent only about an hour or so in my apartment trying to kill the drain flies. DeAndre Dunn asked me to task Riverside Apartments to make a follow up visit. However, Riverside Apartments never got around to arranging for Mr. DeAndre Dunn to return to my apartment. I ended up eradicating the infestation of drain flies myself. I spent countless days and weeks exterminating the drain flies in my apartment, and I spent a lot of money on this nasty problem. Other tenants in Riverside Apartments also face infestations of insects, including cockroaches, stink bugs and other vermin. American Pest and Mr DeAndre Dunn are capable of doing a good job if they have the support of Riverside Apartments. However, the property manager and his staff are going to have to do a better job of supporting American Pest.
