Everything is good until you have a problem. There is no phone # or address to contact them. All done by e-mail. They in no way want to refund, exchange, or help with any problem. My jacket I bought from them was supposed to be a XL. It fit like a medium. They told me what I ordered was sent and that different people have different fits. After about 12 emails they are offering a $50 refund and a discount on another jacket. If a price seems to good to be true it probably is. I would not ever use these guys again. Getting burned once is enough.
You are correct! Don't buy from this site... jacket was miss marked on size... I ordered a XXL woman's Northface Jacket including a fleece it is maybe a Med... Cannot get my money back nor will they exchange. I waited 5 weeks for this jacket that I cannot wear! To top it off the zipper sticks... My rating is a BIG 0. Failing the consumer...
This is definitely a scam website. The prices are too good to be true. I figured the merchandise was defective similar to most outlet stores. I ordered a coat for my daughter and it never arrived. I contacted the website and the 3rd party vendor who took the payment but they keep giving me the runaround. I finally filed a fraudulent claim with my credit card company.
I think I've been had. I thought they were a legitimate website and purchased a jacket for my son. I thought it was odd that I didn't immediately get a confirming email and receipt for my purchase (done with a debit card with a Visa logo). They wasted no time in debiting my bank account for $112.00 (purchase price was $108.99) with a service called www.asia2pay.com., with an address of Shenzen, China.
I don't think having the Visa logo on my bank debit card gives me the same protection as a real credit card, so I assume I'm out $112.00. I tried to contact them via their email contact box, but it's also a fraud: you get an error message saying the syntax is wrong. I'm off to contact my bank to see what I can do to prevent them from debiting my card again.
Caveat Emptor. I should have been more wary when I saw it was an overseas site, but I have ordered from website in Canada and England and had no problem. Thank God I didn't order more.
Do not order from this website. This is a scam. They have charged my account twice and there is no where to cancel the item The e-mail address is not real. There is no phone number. Do not order from this website.
They use the north face logo and have north face in their domain name THEY ARE AN OVERSEAS SCAM COMPANY I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY I am now calling North Face corporate
This is another scam website. The products are not genuine, and there is no way to return the items. You will regret going on this website!
Answer: Has anyone used this website? And is this a legitimate website to buy from?
