Awful company who are refusing to give me thier address to return an item which is obviously fake. They advertise products in £ but all items come from China. I have now had no response for 2 weeks of regular emailing. The only contact i have had from them was when they said that instead of returning it as it would be very expensive to return due to their restocking fee and deduction of shipment fee (which was free in the first instance) i should find someone who could wear the jacket and in future they may give me a discount.
The whole website is a scam and makes a mockery of a very reputable brand North Face!
I am embarrassed for having fallen for this scam. But facebook should be embarrased for accepting money from the advertisers. I hope they shut it down immediately. Unsophisticated consumers like myself assume that if it's advertised on the most popular website in history that it is legitimate. Unfortunately it seems fb will sell ads to anyone with money.
I googled north face outlet and found this site. First... Prices are too low to be legit. Second... Product descriptions are not written by someone who speaks English. And third... The few customer reviews are obviously phony. Most mention an injury or illness, and again not written by someone who speaks English. So I googled north face outlet scam and you all confirmed my doubts.
Ordered 2 jackets 19 February and have emailed them 3 times asking for info/tracking. Still neither jackets nor any success at getting them to chase them. Have now asked for a refund! This isn't likely. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I was just about to buy from this scam website until I googled reviews and saw about inputs. I got a little but suspicious of this website because of the prices for one but my suspicions were affirmed when before the other was process the website said " plaese wate." I am so glad I didn't waste my hard earned money for a scam like this.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a jacket for my husband for Christmas and it took 6-8 weeks to get the jacket in the mail. The jacket is a knock off and no way to send back.

I odered a jaket for my dauhter for chistmas she had it on for four days and the zipper broke away from the jacket they told me to take photo of the jacket i did then they told me to send it out to get repried well i did not like the i asked to have a new one sent they told me that that it was over the 15 day return policy and if i wanted a new one they would 30% of i told them that i had called north face and the warranty dept told me if i send the jaket out that it would void the warranty then they changed there tune they told me to deal with them directly and they would send me a new one once i send the other one back i iam sending this to north face warranty dept to get the zipper fixed lets see if this is the real deal or i am out 125 dollers and will buy the real thing at real store i suppose you get what you pay and the thing is the jaket were tight and small and had a musty odor them do your self favor and never deal with people so not wroth it.
