CUSTOMERS BEWARE! BEGINNING OF JULY 2020 I CONTACTED THEM TO PERFORM MAINTENANCE ON MY HVAC SYSTEM. THEY WERE QUICK TO SELL AND HAVE ME PAY FOR A PLAN WHICH WOULD PROVIDE PREFERRED AND CHEAPER YEAR LONG SERVICE FOR MY SYSTEM. AFTER TAKING MY MONEY THERE WAS NO PREFERRED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE THEY KEPT ON CANCELLING THE APPOINTMENTS THEY DID MAKE WHICH WERE STRETCHED OUT OVER WEEK IN BETWEEN. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS SCHEDULED TO SHOW UP IN THE MORNING, MY WIFE WOULD STAY HOME BY THE LATE AFTERNOON WITH NO SHOW WE WOULD GET A CALL SAYING THEY WOULD HAVE TO COME TO LATE THAT DAY AND THEN RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER TIME OVER 1 WEEK LATER. AFTER A FEW NO SHOWS I CANCELLED THEIR LOUSY SERVICE AND DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK. IT'S BEEN WEEKS NOW WITH NO REFUND AND ALL I EVER HEAR FROM ROXI IS THAT THE MANAGER IS TO BUSY TO TAKE MY CALLS AND A CHECK IS ON ITS WAY. BUYER BEWARE - I KNOW THIS BUSINESS HAS GOTTEN GOOD REVIEWS UNFORTUNATELY THEY MUST BE HAVING SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS TO BE TREATING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER HVAC BUSINESSES OUT THERE HUNGRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU. STAY AWAY FROM NORSTAR HEATING & COOLING AND NEVER PAY UP FRONT WITH THEM FOR ANYTHING, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY TOO!
