Still have the odor in vehicle. Your product did not work with my problem of spilled gasoline. In fact made it smell worse
Ordering was good...I've started putting products into use...I was a little disappointed that the bags for deodorizing RVs keep dropping dust all over the place...I will have to figure out a place to put it that doesn't dirty up my living areas. Will wait to see how they work, otherwise.
I found the bags for eliminating musty and moldy smells had the same issue.
I don't like dusty items and may consider going back to my other methods of keeping musty smells down.

You should consider putting them into something that allows them to work but keeps the dust from dropping all over the place.

I don't know yet. We are going to try it out today.
Order was processed in a timely manner and arrived quickly. The product itself was okay. It didn't really remove the odor we were trying to remove as we had hoped. It did diminish it to a degree and perhaps if we had made multiple applications it might have had greater effect. But the price was reasonable and we didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it.
For the most part I was pleased, I couldn't get the discount code. I signed up on the the website and didn't get the 10% either
I had changed my mind and wanted to cancel but was not able to.

No problem navigating this site. However, when I received my initial order (I odered 2 large pouches of Smelleze), I only received 1 pouch. Called customer service and they were very apologetic. They mailed the other pouch with no problem. I will definitely order from them again.
