My shopping experience was great, I received the product in a timely fashion. I have only had the product a few days, so I can't comment on how well it works.

I have gas smell in car from can falling over. It was ez to order this product, i like the amazon order option. The proof will be in the products performance.

I was not aware that what I ordered was only one package. I would really have needed five packages.

It appears that the product is working on the smelly carpet. Did one application and am now doing a second one for a longer period of time. I like the fact the product is environmentally friendly.

I just would have liked to hear back from them instead of 2 days later, as I was just about ready to check into credit card as I was worried it was not an actual order.
