WORST WORKPLACE OF MY LIFE. It's been a place where managers are highly toxic and make others feel inferior. They manage on a principle of fear and intimidation. You cannot disagree with management about anything without being written up. The owner rewards bootlickers even if they have no tack or skills. Turnover is unbelievable.
Beware of how No Labels operates! They manipulated information to suit their own agenda and left me feeling completely unheard and disregarded. My dissatisfaction grew with every interaction, as promises were broken and their true intentions became painfully clear. I regret ever trusting them, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone seeking honesty or transparency!
The leadership of No Labels is a mess! Employees here are forced to take on more workloads and responsibilitoes that are outside of their original job descriptions. The leadership's poor delegation just shows its incompetence and lack of clear direction for the company and its employees.
Full of arrogant white men whose blatant lies were obviously for their own personal benefits and definitely not for the betterment of the people!
This organization really has the potential, however on a deeper level, it is critically deficient in values and ethics. The man in charge lacks a lot of integrity, randomly changes his mind and overworks employees. We expressed multiple times being overwhelmed, but upper leadership refuses to listen, no raises or incentives either. They beat you down daily. It's discouraging going above and beyond consistently with nothing in return. DO NOT accept a job here! It's a huge waste of time!
No labels is an organization that terrible misleads people! Though their mission sounds inspiring, there are hidden agendas beneath it all! Beware and don't be scammed! Avoid No Labels at all cost!
Their vision is great but the people running this organization is only after your money. They don't really do anything except talk big. They never deliver on promises, trusting No Labels is a huge mistake.
I am ashamed to have supported an organization. They have lost their way, seemingly obsessed by their concern with "hate" speech and they have lost credibility that they require to do the job they have taken on. Focus on the problem and don't try adding all sorts of other criteria! Instead of being a beacon of change, they appear tangled in their own rigid criteria, which detracts from their primary mission.
This group talks a big game about bringing people together, but it's all smoke and mirrors. The leaders dodge real questions and never give straight answers. They're quick to ask for money but slow to show any actual results. It feels more like a marketing stunt than something serious. Total waste of time and trust.
Too many to describe here, but this place was toxic. The company management makes decisions with ego. They will take advantage of you whenever they can, so beware! Anyone who is talented or has good ideas gets fired. Feels like they don't see the value of keeping the employees regardless of your performance and contributions. The managers are awful. Almost in every department. Having said that, I'm so disappointed with this company. AVOID!
