This company is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I purchased a hat from them on 1-31-23 and it is not 4-7-23 and NO HAT. I have called the owner Shawn several times and NO response back. I have sent at least 10 emails and no reply. I have done everything I can do to get my money back and still no response.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. Advertised trial for.99 on Amazon firestick I have set up for my little. Charged the Amazon account $1.99. Then went to play it on our Roku TV in the back of the house thinking ok a subscription is a subscription. They charged my linked account to Roku for a new subscription. When I reached out to Noggin to question why I was being double charged for their services and subscription they informed me their services offer different things on each device so you might be able to watch different seasons of shows under the Amazon versus the Roku bc the Roku subscription- HAVE you ever heard a streaming service operate in this fashion?! For an app for small children to rip off parents and charge in that fashion is shameful. There's also no way to cancel thru Amazon unlike the Roku, thank goodness I was able to alert PayPal and cancel the Roku one immediately. The shows on the Amazon noggin often play terrible, they will have demon like slowed voices that scare my little or the voice will not sync up with the mouthing of the characters. The Roku version plays well but does not include all the seasons of Blues Clues she has through the Amazon. I am better off using YouTube, Happy Kids which is free and other free apps. Their customer service responds quickly but is not helpful in assisting they pretty much say sorry about your luck but this is how we operate good luck.

You pay for their content that is hard to find on any other streaming service. They don't have full season or all season on the shows my children love the most. Mighty pups has one episode and there isn't even half the season of paw patrols available. This is a theme with all of their top shows. What's the point in paying for less then half of something? Better off looking for another service that might have better options. Or you are stuck watching the same 2 seasons of the same show over and over with no change.

First the good. My son LOVES this sites. The songs are great fun, especially that Laurie Berkner Band! The best part is this site is basically a compilation of songs, videos and games for kids that you can control. The quality is excellent but I wish the videos were larger. Here is the bad part... you have to pay for this. They give you a 7 day trial and then try to bill you monthly. This site is chock full of advertisements, so I don't know why you would have to pay for this type of entertainment. There are so many other sites out there with similar content that I just do not think it is worth it. Just TIVO your nick or disney channel and it is the same type of stuff. The reason why I paid for this site... wifi and my laptop. I was sitting at the airport for 3 hours... I had wifi... Noggin TV and a happy kid... that to me is priceless
