NoBroker

NoBroker(NB) claims to have large database of tenants to which they promised that they will market my property as per my desired criteria of "small working family of husband, wife & kids with no pets".

Reality was shockingly opposite as the assigned relationship manager (RM) only depended on fresh web leads (hits on their websites) and showed them as 33 leads…. Of which >90% were Bachelors, which obviously does not meet my criteria.

NB kept highlighting that as "progress" whereas reality was that RM could only schedule 2 visits.,,both of which were not interested in a Ground Floor flat. Rent of my flat was very competitive, apartment is high end luxury facility on prime main road….which incidentally is just 5 kms from NB head office in Bangalore. It was extremely frustrating dealing with NB as RM kept saying "that is how we work". I finally had to use my personal contacts to find a suitable tenant. N. complete failed to market my property to tenants and let me down badly.

I do not recommend nobroker movers and packers. They missed a couple of important items on call and ended up having me pay for their negligence (around 8k more than the initial quotation). I would suggest using a packers and movers company directly as nobroker is highly unprofessional in their communication. They would tell me they'll look at my information and would never give me a call back. I read a few bad reviews initially but put them aside as I have experienced some benefits from them. But their movers and packers division is fraudulent, and I would never wish anyone to go through what I did, hence this review.

Worst Service. They have created a call center, with one person. He becomes the relationship manager of all, He just keep on changing his name. ONce the payment is done. They will neither respond you nor interested to call you back. The RM they provide keeps on changing so after paying the fees now you keep on chasing hem. Strongly recomend not to go to No Broker plans

We have recently purchased a plan for selling our home in prime location of Hyderabad. Still they didn't find single buyer. They put zero effort in showing property to potential buyers and the ad was showing on 104th position even after paying premium amount. Only team that works well in nobroker is sales team. Rest all are good for nothing. Never ever approach no broker for selling your property.

Stay far away from #NoBroker for renovation or painting work, as their extremely poor service and complete lack of support, coupled with an incompetent and unprofessional team, make for a truly regrettable experience.

I had a terrible experience with NoBroker. The salesperson promised guaranteed home rental in 45 days with a dedicated relationship manager and field manager and will ask you buy their plans immediately and once you buy their plan, whole team will be vanished. After buying the subscription, the managers barely communicated and ignored my calls. Despite multiple attempts to escalate the issue, the company did nothing. They make false promises, provide no support, and are unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs, total fraud company.

They are super aggressive in selling their plan. It was convincing that they'll be able to sell my property. After subscribing their plan, it seems that the whole team is vanished. Ironically, their chat AI, Natasha, is not responding to my requests. Finally, I'm following up with them to refund my money.

BIG NO to NRI's. I cannot comment on local services in India.

My experience with Nobroker has always been fantastic. I have a property in Chennai which Nobroker has been managing for the last 4 years. In this duration, I found tenants from them twice in just a short span of time. They have never let me down. Their relationship managers and field managers are experts in their work. I recently considered Nobroker get painting and cleaning done to my house. I'm very satisfied with the service. The finishing in painting service is very good. They finished it well in time for me.
Also, I took cleaning service as well. The guy who came to provide the service was good and punctual. He used machines to clean the house. I would recommend everyone to give it a try as most of the office workers do not have time to clean the house by ourselves.

I'm extremely happy with the service offered by them through our relationship manager, Vignesh. Their service is excellent and our RM was very proactive in his approach and provided updates daily. He is very knowledgeable, and helped a lot in getting a property and he was extremely professional and polite and helped us with all our queries. My experience with Nobroker Packers and Movers was very good. I did my house movement on Nov 1st, 2023 in Kondapur, Hyderabad. Earlier it was planned on 2nd Jan. But they did cater to my movement rescheduling on 1st Jan with an intimation of only 4–5 days before.
The vendor arrived in time on the day of movement. The packaging at source was decent and they carried all the items smoothly to the destination.
Nobroker had assigned a Move Manager named Subramanya for my house movement purpose. She was very cooperative and was in touch with me a day before and during the course of movement.

My moneyback plan was a fail, even though the relationship manager- Parvathi was great in picking out properties, I had to do everything on my own

INCREDIBLY WORST SERVICE. On 12-Aug-2024, I paid Rs. 1800/- for their Freedom plan. After payment, their website-login & App show rental properties but THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN A SINGLE OWNER CONTACT TILL NOW and they are also NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT EVEN AFTER REPEATED CALLS & MAILS.

No broker cheat us also.We paid for brokerage (prepaid plan) amount for my house.no one for hired. And they reject with silly reasons still they didn't refund our brokerage amount.So dont believe no broker no 1 cheating company in the world
