I ordered the jeans late December. They came mid January. I have emailed them 4 time and only one reply. The reply was that they would exchange the "Holy Grail" jeans I'd bought for another size. The jeans were thin trash and HUGE, although, supposed to be the same size I always wear. My first reply was the last once I asked for a refund. I even volunteered to pay the shipping. I have reported them to my bank. Then I see hundreds of other same reviews...no one will do anything about the company or their website! The photo is what I get when trying to reach out to customer service. Emails just go unacknowledged.

Bought jeans from a TikTok link. Wasn't the brand I thought I was getting. Emailed them twice to return (they don't fit) and no response back. About to send third email.

I would give them a 0 rating if I could and I wish I read these reviews before I ordered them I knew better! I bought a pair of the TikTok judy blue jeans and I have never received them so I emailed and all they said was they would arrange shipment asap! Still nothing so I emailed again asking for a refund and now I hear nothing from them and no refund!

Nisitar. These people sell the Judy Blue jeans that you see advertised on Facebook and TikTok. I should have known better because all reviews/comments were blocked or deleted.
I purchased 2 pair so I could get free shipping. Waited for shipping information. Contacted then for missing shipping information. Received shipping information. The product didn't move. I asked again. They sent information about nothing so I asked for a refund. They responded with an excuse say they will arrange shipping. But people…you said you already shipped them and sent a tracking number. So after a couple more meaningless emails. They finally agreed to refund my money. The bill was $79.98. They charged my credit card $80.78. I asked about the difference and they said, and I quote

Hi! The amount we received is 79.98 $ USD. It is useless to deduct 0.8 $ USD.

Regardless…order's canceled and they agreed to refund. So now I wait. I did call my credit card company so I should get the money back

Update: After contacting my credit card company, I got the full cost back, including the.08 USD.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from Nisitar, they seemed to come from a site called Macooly.com. The jeans stretched out in an hour and the zipper did not stay up. The customer service is terrible! I had to pay to ship them back, which would have cost me more than he jeans if I had to send back to China. Finally, they gave me an address in the US (I am in Canada) so the shipping was like 22 CAD. I sent 92$USD on the 2 pairs. Finally, they received my shipment and tell me that the jeans that were worn do not meet their requirements and they will not refund. THE ZIPPER DOES NOT STAY UP, They are terrible quality! Very frsutrating to deal with DO NOT BUY FROM NISITAR or MACOOLY.
