Never received my item and when contacting support, they blamed it on the post office and said they would only refund me $20

I should have known it was too good to be true when I found a self-cleaning litterbox for a third the price of what other retailers were asking. I ordered on 8/10. The tracking site which NiceGoodss provided indicated the product arrived at a processing center in my suburb on Wednesday, 8/30, then malingered there until Saturday, 9/2. However, the real red herring was the claim that the package was dispatched and delivered Monday 9/4, which was Labor Day. Forgive my skepticism; I have difficulty believing any carrier would be working Labor Day to expedite delivery of a package shipped for free which was already nearly a month in transit. The bottom line is that no package was ever delivered at all. When I emailed NiceGoodss, I received their standard, generic response, "I will check the situation for you right away. Please wait for my reply. Thank you.". I opened a dispute with my credit card company to request a refund.

The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn't submit my review until I did. I ordered a freeze dryer machine on August 21,2023, and have not received anything or heard anything. I understand the State Attorney General's Office can help with this.
We will see. My advice: Stay away from the site Nicegoodss.

I was scammed by this site! I made a purchase and a month later I still received no product and now they have falsely claimed to refund my money to which they did not! This site should be shut down to avoid others being scammed!

I ordered a product from Nicegoods.com on August 22,2023. Their tracking system said that the item I ordered was delivered to my house on September 13,2023. I did not receive the product. I contacted them via their email. I received a refund via my visa credit card on September 22,2023. I am disappointed that they could not provide the product that I ordered.

I purchased a portable washing machine on the Nicegoodss website on the August 8th and have been tracking it everyday. On August 29th tracking said my package was delivered, but I haven't received anything. I've emailed them several times. Each email response was I will check the situation for you right away. Wait for my reply. Thank you. But I still have not merchandise, refund or answers.

I'm usually pretty savvy when it comes to sniffing out scams. But when I saw the TV stand with the combination fireplace & light display I was hooked, even though my gut was telling me that for $54 it couldn't be true. Well I should've trusted my gut because it wasn't true. I received the automated email from nicegoodss saying I would receive my order on 4-27...it's 5-2 & still no tv stand. I've emailed them several times & have gotten no response. This is an absolute, total SCAM! Don't give them your money & TRUST YOUR GUT!

Never received product ordered, no way to contact anybody regarding the status. And when I touch the links, it goes to a website that's not even setup. Do not order from this company!

IDK what worked for you guys but my product was shipped and everything came as expected. It took about a month to come, but it's still a great quality chair and it works fine. 👍

I am not a wealthy person and I trying to do something to help my husband. I ordered a scooter for him and never received it.e But they sure as hell took my money and some extra money for cur fee.
