I am not complaining that I have to pay to watch the news. I am complaining that I need to watch the shows on demand, not live. But NewsMax does not update some shows in a timely manner. I wrote to them a few times and I never heard back from them. I am definitely not renewing my subscription.

It's not perfect and it sits middle right but it does a pretty good job of presenting the facts and then discussing things. It doesn't show a lopsided bias towards things and mostly allows the viewer to make their own judgement. FOX will be losing a lot of viewers to this. FOX just pushes propaganda anymore.

If I want to watch any news update on politics or the financial industry, I switch here. I do not know why, but I like the platform.

I watch newsmax for over 5 years, "religiously". I used to enjoy coming home after work and watching Rob Schmidt, Greg Kelly, and Eric Bolling every evening. Ever since they changed to newsmax plus it's been terrible. I instantly bought the monthly subscription and it was so terrible from buffering and not working correctly I would cancel and try to find another new station to watch. After I canceled the first time, 2 months later, I purchased another newsmax Plus subscription to see if they fixed the issues. Nothing was fixed it was the same or worse than before. The first time they did refund my money no problems but I just want to watch original newsmax. So I canceled my second subscription and I guess that's it... One good thing that came of this is I found a station that is just as good if not better the newsmax. A great conservative news station called "Real America's Voice". So I guess I can say thank you newsmax for leading me to a different station.

Every time I turn on Newsmax they want me to sign in again I have signed in as many as four times in one day

As usual I'm sitting down to watch Newsmax plus my TV I started and I've got to clear & back on almost every night. Can't they fix this? It seems like there's over 200,000 people and lots of them are having problems like me. But the tech people can fix this. It's not occasionally. This goes on almost every night and I don't want to watch these max on my phone at night. I prefer watching it on my TV and I'm streaming. Can't you guys fix this thing?

The regular Newsmax TV was so horrible to watch. It was operated by people that didn't know how to do their jobs. The promise of Newsmax Plus and how wonderful and professional it will be, fooled me in paying for subscription. Another poorly run and edited joke. I only watch President Trump rallies on Newsmax. Other than that this is a worthless joke of an operation. Poor editing, unfinished programs and even half cut commercials. I will never get my money back.

Worst App ever, don't bother subscribing the app is down more often than not. Apparently the owners were so eager to start charging its patrons they overlooked testing their f____ up app.

On 01/29/24 Nikki Haley was a guest on American Agenda. I do not understand why Katrina Szish or Bob Brookes did not ask Haley about her democrat donations and the lies she continues to put out there, etc., it was a horrible interview as Newsmax gave Haley a Big Pass! I thought Newsmax was a Red Network! I guess I was wrong!

App sucks. Works about 50% of the time. When starting app it sends you to. -restart app
- empty data
- exit app
Not working. Although there a lot of good host the aggravation to get to view programming is not worth it

Love Newsmax and I appreciate their coverage. Really struggling with the streaming service. Every time I turn around I am having an issue. Currently attempted to update my account with a new credit card and every time I click on account the screen goes blank. Guess I will listen to Fox until they get the bugs out.

Newsmax shot themselves in the foot when they went to a pay service virtually overnight. They had a lot of loyal viewers. Most comments I read now are other disappointed viewers that refuse to pay.

I keep losing the app. Tells me something went wrong. Try to login and tell me password incorrect. So change the password and still wrong password. Very frustrating. I will stop payment if it's not straightened out soon.

Signed up for this paid my fee, started around November, been nothing but trouble, won't let you in, keeps asking you to pay the fee. Asked customer service about it and their answer was ending my subscription! Hope I get my money back, they need to fire who ever wrote that application, they need to go back to school and learn what they are doing.

Rob Finnerty needs to let guests talk. He can't stop running over them. I believe he thinks he has a better opinion than anyone else.

I watched News Max too many commercials and not enough news. It's more opinion based than actual facts. Now they want you to pay for steaming services. I'm going to find anew news outlet

Completely biased and dirty channel. For instance I remember one of the reporters saying something along the lines of everybody has some racism in them which is just a sad coping mechanism. In conclusion, horrible channel that basically call you liberal for going against their ideology.

I really like newsmax, but I can't watch it. It freezes up and repeats or echoes to much. DELETE!

Went to Newsmax when Foxnews went WAY left. Free online streaming was really good, and then the went greedy and started charging...Then Newsmax2 started...What a dumpster fire that is! The commercials were getting to be what seemed like more than the news until N2; and now the commercials seem to take up more time than programming does; even interrupting their news shows. Watched N2 for a week or so; now done altogether. Adios Newsmax!
