We use to have this be our go to vet and held off having pets again and tried to use this vet again. Only to realize this vet had issues. Wait times were horrid and even if you got there at opening doors or before you still ended up waiting 90+ min. This vet almost killed our cat in a simple procedure and didn't even offer a discount. Their bed side manner use to be decent now it's not. They muck up med orders, often fail to have them ready by pick up and frequently loose them. They refused to give us prescriptions to go else where even though as a customer we have the right to them. Many new reviews are stating how much this vet has gone down hill at other review sites. I've been reluctantly ordering my cat's prescription food from this vet for the past 7 years and all of a sudden they decided to start canceling my order. They're coning me into coming in for a annual vet visit to continue the ordering. Sorry but no! I've been ordering twice a year from this vet for 7 years and now you're forcing me to come in or else. This vet has never made me feel welcomed as a customer and this year will be my last food order with them. We swapped vets about 5 years ago and I know they wont' have an issue writing the food prescription.
