Someone hack my cash app $150 I called NetSpend and filed a dispute which was denied because they said the merchant said I was the one who authorized $150 charge. I did not authorize this charge what merchant is going to say no the charge is fraudulent and turn down money none that I know of this business is a scam they don't care about your money they basically enable and agree with your money being stolen NetSpend might as well have taken my money. Not only was I stolen from I was basically called a liar by the NetSpend company in regards to my dispute. How is the merchant who I never had face-to-face contact with going to say I authorized a charge and NetSpend my so-called credit card company is going to agree with the merchant and not a loyal customer. NetSpend is a bunch of thieves scumbags
I havent a son that is 16 just started a QT and this is who they use to pay there employees if you dont have Direct Deposit I spent 2 days getting my son a card activated not customer friendly at all and I definitely wouldn't refer any one to use them they barely tal english had to send info about 8 times before they got it right i will defintely will not use them at all
