The worst experience ever. After spending almost R5000, they did not deliver on set date, a Friday...
All was rescheduled for the Monday (today). The recipients, SUPER excited. Awaiting their gifts.
GUESS what. Netflorist can now only deliver TOMORROW, or so they say.
I do not believe a word. Their response by phone and via WhatsApp is completely different... and DON'T try to ask for a manager.
If I have to Harold's smirky false telephone answering message once MORE.
At the moment, I'm holding on for the operator. Oh wait, they just cut me off, again...
Tip for consumers:
Their customer service is a joke... and they falsily claim on their website that they have a 4.2 rating out of 5..

I had a terrible experience with NetFlorist, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I placed an order for customized chocolates gift for a special occasion, expecting them to be delivered on time and in good condition. Unfortunately, neither expectation was met.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received vague and unhelpful responses. When the items finally arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The gift was also poorly packaged, and it was clear that no care was taken in its presentation.
This experience was deeply disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid. I will not be using NetFlorist again, and I cannot recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality flower/gift delivery.

Telling some one thier service suck and getting the phone thrown doen on your ear is not pleasant - great job Tumi - i am sure everyone is proud of you behavier - this all happend coz Netflorst said the package was delivered which it wasnt - yes again they are in the wrong - i waited 6hrs and 25 min where i had to call again for an update of thier driver mistake - really we want to take your money but give you a "suckking" service... good for you
