Totally useless.
They "Track" the package, have you sign for it, then tell the CreditCard co you are lying. They delivered the "product"... Like many others here. A 25 cent roll of paper tape...

Ordered 3 of the "handheld wireless label printers" for work. Received them last week... cheap plastic Dymo-style label makers is what I received.
Nest Gadgets sent me a $5 label maker Lol. Scammed hard. I ordered in NOVEMBER of 2018 and it came TODAY Feb 28th lol.
They took my money and sent nothing in return. That's shame! Hope they will have the same luck in their miserable existence
A total scam! We ordered a Label Printer but they sent us a Label Maker which is only worth less than U$ 4. I called their number but all are not working. Their website is down. I sent an email to 'Nest Gadgets' (*******@nestgadgets.com) but it bounced back!
I just learned a lesson (but an expensive one).
Do a thorough research first of the online website before purchasing, look for its trust ratings if you can.
Scammers nowadays are sneaky & clever, it is now hard to spot whether the online store is legit or not.
Arrived a paper cartridge instead of the printer!
They don't answer email, hard to chargeback the bank.

Fake product provider: Totally Scam... Please don't order anything at this store. I also ordered handheld printer and they provide us small label tool. We have lost 98$ for 2 pieces.

We ordered hand held printer for 55 USD more than 1-1/2 months before and I got nothing and now you can not contact them in anyway. Beware of these scammers on facebook/instagram/google. Expose these sites as much as possible. May be hundreds of people are cheated everyday on these social sites.
SCAM!. I ordered the hand held printer almost three weeks ago and I never got anything. The phone number that appears on my credit statement has a message that directs you to send an email to *******@traceadeal.com but the mail is returned. The website stated does not exist. WWW. HOOTCOSTO

This is a scam. If you're lucky, they'll maybe send you something (that's based on other reviews). I ordered a hand held printing device and a month has gone by. Nothing. Their number is disconnected (or fake) and their support is fake. They have zero customer service (quite literally nothing). This site advertises on places like Facebook and Instagram under a different name called KEEPTHEDEALS.COM. Keep the deals. Com is a scam and an alternate site that works for hootcostore. Contact your bank and get a refund immediately.
I would give this online business a zero if there was an option. They advertise items on sites like Instagram with products that aren't even what they are actually selling. I ordered a spider vein removal device & they sent me a laser pen that did absolutely nothing. Oh & good luck trying to get a hold of anybody via email which is the only way you can contact them by the way. Beware of this company! Their products are crap made in china & they will take your money & run :(( (( also they use the company name tracey deals. Bunch of scammers! RUN!
