I like the fact that it have me pricing right way was not happy with the pricing. I got better pricing from another company for the same coverage but decided to go with you anyway.

The information about the coverages was clear and after tailoring the coverages to my specific needs, I could purchase the policy. When I was done, I could contact a representative and speak to them about any questions I had.

My mortgage company paid my premium, but I kept receiving notices that it wasn't paid, so I paid it, once I confirmed my mortgage company paid it, we called and was promised a refund in two days, it's been over a week now and no refund.
Hi Andrew. Thank you for the feedback on your refund experience. It seems the refund timeline wasn't clearly outlined when you spoke with our customer success team. When we receive duplicate payments, we wait up to 14 days to ensure one of the payments, like a check, properly clears. This is for your protection so you don't end up with both payments being removed and then losing your flood coverage due to nonpayment.
After receiving the sticker shock from my Allstate plan, I went into panic mode. Luckily with some research I found Neptune and it could not have been an easier choice.

It was easy to navigate through the app. However, after exiting with a save, when I returned, to the app, I wasn't able to continue where I'd left off, and at the payment page, I kept getting an error message. Turns out, by starting over from scratch, everything went in fine, straight through payment.

It's very disappointing to select a policy online and purchase it then be called about discounts that I could have received that was not offered online or offer once the policy was purchased. Discounts should still be added and the representative was short and felt no need to say anything he made it clear I purchased my policy online so there no need for him to say anything else. The way it was said honestly was rude.
