Extremely poor service when trying to point out they have sent me a penalty charge notice in error.
How they claim I have not paid whilst my banking records prove I have is beyond me.
When I tried to raise this with them I got nowhere.

I like how easy it is to scan at walmart, but at pretty much most other stores you have to wite the price in for each item you scan which is time consuming and if you cant find your barcode there arent enough selections on the menu for stuff u buy, for example, if u bought a mirror, a bottled soda, or a kids toy, none of those are on select menu lists. Also it takes forever to rack up good points and the points are so high for items that u could buy so cheap withiut isong points, as in if u were to go but it yourself. They barely update anything or add new stuff, they should look into these things and add a comment section and actually try to make changes. Also some phones dont even allow this app which really sucks bc right now i have to use an old phone on wifi to use the app and im trying to recover my password and im having so much trouble just trying to do that.
