Paid for FTP software implies that connections are secure, but connections are actually in the clear. I can prove it with Wireshark captures. I can recreate this issue over and over again. NOT a configuration problem. I requested a refund within the 30-day window only to be ignored. Their customer service won't talk to you on the phone unless you pay extra for 'Platinum Support'. Still fighting with these folks by email (when they are clearly in the wrong) a full 30 days later. I should get a lawyer involved given that my sensitive data was sent across the internet for any hacker to capture and steal. I wonder how many other people are at risk and don't know it? NCH clearly doesn't care.

If your computer crashes, like mine, you'll lose all your NCHS related software if it's not also backed up. The company doesn't support older versions and won't acknowledge your registration codes. They demand payment for new versions. So, I lost $200.00 worth of NCHS software, no longer supported or recognized by these guys. They're interested only in CASH not customer service. Very negative experience and they don't even deserve the one star I gave--ratings should have a negative scale, so forget the one star it's really a Negative Infinite.

This is a really terrible software. They told me it was free, but they made me pay $70 for their crummy software. It's a bit glitchy, but it was a good program while it lasted. Ended up switching to a better software (kdenlive) and never looked back. BEWARE SOFTWARE LIKE THIS, AS IT IS A SCAM, AND SO IS THIS CRUMMY COMPANY.

Avoid it at all costs.
