She guided me through the estimate process, provided transportation for me after I left my car at the shop, and presented me with a car that looked practically brand new when I arrived to pick it up. She ensured that my car would have OEMs and that the car would be ready when she said it would be ready. The car was repaired, washed, and detailed when I came to pick it up. Not only was the car detailed, but Sirrena left me a personalized thank you note and a little goody bag to show her appreciation for my being her customer.
