This is my second time ordering, and while I am happy with the product and think very highly of the work, I am very disappointed in the shipping. The first order took over 3 weeks to arrive. I still haven't received my 2nd order after 2 weeks. Don't bother calling or sending an email because they will never answer or return. They don't provide any shipping confirmation and it just shows up one day, hopefully before next Christmas arrives. There's no way to track or follow up,. I've not received any tracking or shipping info on any orders. I should avoid this type of sloppy business, they don't care except for this: The jewelry is beautiful and authentic. Good luck finding that in China.
I felt apprehensive about receiving my online order after reading some of the reviews about this company. But, I had a positive experience with "Native Indian Made". I ordered my watch on 12-8-2020 and I received it on 12-21-20. I am very pleased with my order. The watch is exactly as pictured on their website. The quality is excellent. The sales price for this watch was several dollars less than the price of this same watch on other websites.
I ordered a Watch Bracelet and it arrived within a few days. My high school friend, who is a jeweler, saw me wearing it, examined it, and said it exhibited high workmanship. I've had numerous compliments and have ordered other products which were given to family members. Dominika is a pleasure to deal with.

I have placed an order 6 weeks ago and have been charged for it but never received it. Called and noone is answering and there is no answering machine. Emailed 2 times and noone responding. Not sure I will ever receive my order. Unbelievable!

I ordered the Navajo beaded choker feather necklace along with the silver multi stone earrings. I love the necklace so much I ordered the matching bracelet. I also ordered the Navajo beaded choker leather necklace and matching bracelet. The silver multi stone earrings were a totally different color than what is shown, but I loved them even more than what I thought I was getting. I also ordered the silver turquoise pendent and it is exceptional!. I ordered the small squash blossom, but am returning. Called the company to set up the return. Answered phone immediately and was very helpful. Also, took info on what I wanted to exchange the piece for. I couldn't be happier with my purchases and the top notch service. Thank you Dominicka!

I ordered a necklace here on 11/30/21 and received it on 12/14/21. I immediate sent an email with pictures showing that what arrived is not what was described on the site. The necklace was supposed to be from a specific designer and all the hallmarks on the necklace I received showed otherwise. It took 3 emails to finally get a response that it was indeed a mistake. The communication was very poor as I had to continuously reach out for the status of the refund. I dealt with Eva and Dominika and I have email trails showing all this. Finally, even though it was their fault on sending me the wrong necklace they refused to refund the return shipping fee. I sent several emails asking since it was clearly their fault and not mine, but eventually they stopped responding altogether. Very unprofessional and does not treat customers well. Any business should make it right if it was the business' error. If I had incorrectly ordered the wrong item or if it was any way my fault, I could understand having to pay shipping back to return the item, but since it was obviously their error, it's wrong to expect the customer to pay for sending the incorrect item back to the business. I wouldn't recommend anyone order anything from here
