Native American Soul

Ordered boots on 12/6. Their website makes you THINK that somehow their items are Native American - but NO. Finally received the boots on 1/3 - directly from CHINA! Laughably tiny things, no way my size 9 feet would fit into them. CHEAP crap. NO insole support at all. Wouldn't give them to a child let alone me trying to wear them. Tried to contact them several times via email (no phone number listed) and no response. Finally had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, who investigated and then refunded my $55. STAY FAR AWAY from this outfit. Completely bogus. Picture is of the shoes they sent next to my regular walking shoes. What a joke!

This place is a rip off. Please don't buy from them. It's been a year later and over 20 emailed sent to them wanting to know where my order is. They took my money and never sent my products. I did get an email from Alex at the beginning, saying he would provide me with a tracking number. However that has never happened and have not heard anything since. The address is at a postal office and there is no phone number. Please check with BBB. I still have all my emails.

So it's quite interesting what you can find on the internet! We bought a comforter with wolves from this "Native American" company. Well first of all it came from CHINA! The comforter is cute now that I have it. It took 14 weeks to get here, obviously due to the Corona. I tried asking where it was coming from they would never answer. This company is a joke and I would never order from them again. It portrayed the company to be by the Native Americans which I really was hoping to support. I'm sure it wouldn't have been paper thin either had it came from real Native Americans. Another good reminder to check reviews on a company before buying from them!

Ordered boots for my wife for Christmas and came two weeks after Christmas. When I received them they came crammed in a United parcel bag and not even in a box. I ordered a half sized larger and they were still too small. It's not really leather as advertised and they are made it China, very disappointed and I would never buy from this company again. Very deceiving with the name Native American Soul maybe Native Chinese Soul would fit better.

I ordered a dress. Dress looks nothing like the catalog image. The image show a dress with lots beautiful flowy fabric. There's barely enough fabric to cover even a small person. Very cheaply made.

I order this because of the soutwestern print. My daughter's wedding has a southwestern theme.The fabric print is vastly different than the image. It looks more middle eastern.

I ordered an extra large and got what looks extra small.

The description eludes to US made and based. Another reason why I oredered from them. There is no tag to say where this was made.

They claim 100% satisfaction, yet the is no packing slip, no return label, no phone number to contact customer service. They don't answer emails.

Don't order from these people.

My wife ordered a backpack online from them on November 11 as a Christmas gift. It has not been delivered despite multiple emails with Alex, who promised to "escalate this to the management" and to email us with a tracking number (which we never received). Ultimately, we disputed the charge with Capital One, and they now tell us that the company insists it was delivered on December 9, providing a tracking number with no address other than Ft. Worth, TX. The intended recipient has video surveillance of her front entry and says that no delivery was made on that day. My wife's last communication with Alex on December 12, asking about the status of the shipment, went unanswered. After reading many very similar stories from other reviewers, here and that the BBB, it is now clear to me that this is a scam operation. It appears to be just Alex Moya and a postal forwarding box in Colorado Springs, but no actual physical location. I've now read many complaints like ours and others where items were sent from China and are of poor quality and incorrect size, or do not match the description on the website. Steer clear of this company.

Placed and paid for an order on March 17. To date nothing has been received and emails have not been responded to.
The status is still on "Your order is confirmed"

Garbage company. Take your money, but didn't actually send anything. Find a real Native American company to buy from.
