Be very careful. I own a professional photography comapny in PA. I had some prints doen once to check quality. My orders was $20. A few months later I was notified that somehow another customer with an account number similiar to mine was able to process through my account and my bank account was charged $920. I notified the company and they said they were aware of the situation and would refund me right away. I checked my bank account the next morning and they had Charged my account another $920, thus causing my account to overdraft. They told me my bank Had to contact them so I wentt o the bank and we called them, but they had an excuse for why it could not be fixed. Then I needed to fax them something, oh but their fax machine mysteriously wasnt working. So I emailed them and they have to talk to their online merchandising department whom they could not find a member of at the moment... problem still not resolved, have to get a lawyer.
Shame on them. My 6 x 4 pictures came out croped as if they were in the 4 x 6 format. I never knew i had to rotate then into the 4x6. I had to rotate them in my computer's folder. Because in the new ROES application you won't see how you can rotate them. I had to re-order all those prints. And the picture size 16 x 20 was rather in the 20 x 16, i had to re-order and rotate the pictures before placing the order. They don't have the 6x4 size format, ( landscape), they only have the 4x6 ( portrait). So if you order 6x4, you better rotate them. If they saw how the pictures were being printed they didn't care rotate them. Shame on them. The new ROES lay out is very, very confusing.
Prints to please - i have recently made a few orders from this facility and the results were definitely of top marks on the majority of the prints. If there were any color errors, they were my fault because my monitor wasn't properly calibrated to render the colors as they would appear on the prints. They offer a pretty fair deal on evaluation prints(limit 5 images but each image is printed on metallic paper and lustre(similar to matte but with a textured finish) color corrected and un corrected, so you get a very good idea about what you are going to receive before committing to a large order, helping to ease the anxiety of mishaps. I only hold back the fifth star is for two reasons, 1, because i have not had any other proclaimed professionals print my works so i don't have a comparison to other quality printers, they're way beyond kinkos... soo if that gives any idea. 2nd they use fed-ex, let me explain... on the 16th i made an order at beyond early in the morning, files conveniently transfer via internet, when it came time for shipping options i needed this product asap for a deadline so i chose next day delivery... four days later heres my package... but my deadline was the day before... so i was quite purturbed other than that im sure it was a fluke. They have awesome products available
I love their service, fast turnaround and beautiful finished products! Recommend to everyone!
