“This Is Disgusting!”

This Is Disgusting! - Have you seen this ad? What appears to be a church group has put together this commercial which is apparently airing across the USA. (I have yet to see it on TV...) but it's becoming more and more popular online. It's quite disturbing, they've gathered a group of professionals whom are telling us how same-sex marriage is going to interfere with straight married couples rights! My question is "WHICH RIGHTS?". It's not that churches are being forced into marrying same-sex couples, as every church has a right to refuse if they happen to be against it. So please, if one of you anti-same-sex marriage people could explain this to me, as the handful of people I've asked have had no answer. As far as I can see, this is a pretty outright grotesque use money in our oh-so wonderful economy... And now they're trying to get collect back the money they spent to develop and promote the commercial! And try posting a comment on their website referring to either "which right" or "being for gay marriage", see how long it takes for them to remove it...:) The following are quotes from an online group discussion about this commercial: - "If you don't want your kids learning about certain stuff in public schools, put them in a catholic school." - "The government can't (Nor should) force a church to marry gays. But if they want a document saying they can take care of loved ones and stuff, they should have one."
