“My car was parked on the 2nd level of the parking garage...”

My car was parked on the 2nd level of the parking garage at Jersey Shore Medical Center (Jersey Shore University Hospital) in Neptune and was keyed down the drivers side panels. They don't want to take any responsibility, but the only access on that level is by their Valet Services. Don't use the valet parking at this hospital!
